Shipping

We offer Standard and Express shipping to the US and Canada. Free Standard shipping on orders over $99 within North America. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@hausofvalmont.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability.
